Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Changes made within 24 hours will result in a 25% service fee charged to the card on file. This fee is non-refundable and does not go toward future appointments.
No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Appointments are booked closely together, so arriving on time is important. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a 50% service fee will apply. A $5 late fee will be added for arrivals over 5 minutes late.
